MakerBeam and MakerBeam XL are open-source build system using aluminium beams sized for hobby and maker assemblies. It is the same technology used in the automation, robotic and industrial area but resized in smaller section in order to be appropriate your home-made activities. The MakerBeam would allow you to create home sized solution but still offering robustness and stabilities. Want to creates your own robots, CNC or 3D Printer... Cool! so lets have a look to MakerBeam (10x10mm square) and/or MakerBeam XL (15x15mm square), they are good starting points for your next project
