You are subject to VAT and you wish to issue your invoices in the name of your company.
Here the steps to follow :
When creating/modifying your account on MC Hobby:
- Mention your company name (if applicable) in the field "company"
- Indicate your VAT number in the “VAT” fields.
Then send us an e-mail to SAV@mchobby.be , we will check and integrates your VAT number into your customer account.
Subsequently, all your orders will be able to include your VAT number.
To comply with current intra-community rules:
When placing your order, the selected addresses must contain the same intra-community VAT number for the BILLING ADDRESS AND DELIVERY ADDRESS. The Intracommunity VAT number must, of course, correspond to the country of delivery.
Order with two different VAT numbers will be refused.
