A high quality Mega 2560 board (Arduino compatible)

Green is a high quality compatible Arduino Mega (R3). This board is based on the the Atmel ATmega2560 microcontroler (technical datasheet). With this Mega 2560 compatible board, you have:

  • 54 digital I/O pin (with 14 pins that can be used as PWM),
  • 16 analog inputs,
  • 4 UARTs (hardware serial communication port),
  • 16 MHz clock,
  • An USB connexion,
  • Jack power connector,
  • An ICSP connector & reset button.

Le board contains all the necessary items to help the microcontroleur; to start, simply wire the board on your computer with an USB cable and starts the Arduino IDE. The board can be powered either via the USB connexion or with a power supply bloc (via the jack connector).

A mega like board is compatible with lot of shield made for Arduino Duemilanove, Diecimila, Uno (be aware that compatibility of shield must be check agains the Mega 2560).
