This compact power supply is an ideal item to run your Arduino projects wherever you have access to an electrical outlet. Its correctly polarized jack plug allows immediate connection to your Arduino without having to worry about polarity.
This power supply is CE / UL Listed, delivered with an EU adapter.
This 9 volt external power supply will suit almost all of your Arduino applications. If you want to use 12 volt hardware or for mounting LED strips (of medium length) we suggest you to opt for the 12 Volt power supply.
The voltage regulator of the Arduino board having its limits (as much by its voltage of 5 volts as by its current of 0.2 Amp) this block will allow the realization of assemblies requiring a little more "punch". In this case, a higher voltage and a higher current are often the goods come. So you will be able to use power circuits connected to the vIn pin to benefit from the 9 volts of the power supply.
