ATOM PoE is an Ethernet accessory for the M5 Atom series,which Supports PoE(Active Ethernet)technology. The built-in PoE module can directly supply power to the entire device through a PoE hub/switch without a separate power supply (this will reduce setup cost).

Inside the module, we do have a W5500 Ethernet controller (well known in Arduino Area) which offers an integrated TCP/IP protocol stack. The W5500 can opens 8 independent hardware sockets over a 10/100Mbit Ethernet data link layer (MAC) and physical layer (PHY). This module is great to provides a convenient Internet connection for embedded systems.

This module is great for Remote control, Wired Internet connection.
