LM5111 gate driver for motor and solenoid application
The LM5111 Dual Gate Driver with improved peak output current and efficiency. Each output driver operating in parallel and are "together" sink more than 5A peak from capacitive loads. The MOS and bipolar component used in the driver do reduces the drive current variation with voltage and temperature.
The driver also have undervoltage lockout protection. The drivers can be operated in parallel (with inputs and outputs connected) to double the driving current.
This product is available under SOIC-8 package. You can make it breadboard friendly with an SOIC breakout.
