About the Picade-X Hat
With the Picade-X Hat, you can turn your Raspberry Pi 4 into a retro games console! Picade-X HAT includes inputs for the joystick and the buttons, a 3W I2S DAC/amplifier and soft power switch.
Pimoroni takes all the great features of the Picade board and did place them onto this super HAT. Simply place it onto your Pi's GPIO, plug your Pi power supply into the USB-C connector on Picade HAT (it back-powers your Pi through the GPIO, so no need for a separate power supply), wire up your controls and install our driver!
Great for your own custom arcade builds or interfaces that need big colourful buttons.
