PymateIO Core - Automation with MicroPython

PyMateIO is a project to create a new generation of industrial controllers designed for modern developers, machine manufacturers, and integrators.
Created by a multidisciplinary team and manufactured in France, PyMateIO primarily focus on modern IoT and industrial requirements while offering advanced programming capabilities.

The Core8ADI8DOSC is a programmable logic controller (PLC) based on an STM32 core and electronics adapted to industrial requirements.
PyMateIO is aimed at the new generation of engineers, integrators, developers, and makers who need to rely on a rich ecosystem capable of supporting legacy systems while also offering modern connectivity.

PyMateIO prioritizes openness by bringing the richness of the Python language into the world of automation.
Being able to quickly develop a solution is essential to staying competitive today!
Affordable by nature, PyMate allows you to create open and readable code that is easy to maintain and geared towards long-term maintenance (potentially supported by AI).
Those are the promises of PyMateIO + Python.

Halfway between the world of developers and the IEC 61131 PLC, PyMateIO bridges the gap between skills and accelerates solution implementation.
Its ease of use will also appeal to makers.

Designed for scalability, PyMateIO offers interfaces to expand the PLC's functionality as needed.
Out-of-the-box, PymateIO already supports RS485, Modbus, and CAN modules.

The PyMateIO ecosystem is set to expand with more inputs/outputs, wired/wireless/4G/LTE network connectivity, HMI displays, PT100, analog inputs, Zigbee, and more.
Meeting current industry standards, PyMateIO will easily find its place in a wide variety of automation projects.
Of course, PyMateIO can be mounted on a DIN rail.

Your purchase come with help. Docs.pymate.io offers tutorials to help you get started.
To program your Pymate.IO, simply connect it to your computer via its USB-C connector. The board will be recognized as a USB Disk and a CDC (serial port) device.
Programming can be done with ThonnyIDE or your preferred programming environment.

Finally, for large quantity orders, please do not hesitate to contact the manufacturer directly via email at contact@pymate.io

One language to drive them all

The advantage of using Python in automation bring a great advantage as support for information exchange between teams...Indeed, the programming language itself is easy to read, easy to understand, easy to maintain and represent an great know-how for exchanging concepts and ideas.
System developers, analysts, database developers, IoT developers, data mining engineers, and industrial developers will be able to communicate more easily.
