Automation 2040 W - relais, protected inputs/outputs for your automation projects

This product is an all-in-one industrial/automation controller powered with Pico Wireless. Thanks to the Pico, it offers a 2.4GHz wireless connectivity to controls the relays and a plethora of inputs and outputs available on the board (relays, digital inputs, digital outputs, analog inputs).

This automation board is compatible with 12V, 24V or 36V systems and can be powered with an external supply from 6 to 40V. Additionnaly, the board also provides 5V 0.5A to your own project.

Thanks to the powerfull RP2040 MCU and the wireless module, this automation board can be used to monitoring activities or for project automation. The automation board features relays, analog channels, powered outputs and buffered inputs. All those features availables on a single board and capable to work with a wide variety of voltage (so a larger range of devices).

The board can be used to control pumps, motors, fans, lights, electronic locks, etc (up to 40V MAX).

All the channels and buttons have an handy indicator LED. This is super useful to know what's happening in your code or made test without having the external devices attached to the board.

The 4 mounting hoies can be used to mount the board inside a cabinet. The same mouting holes can also be used with this DIN rail clips to mount the board into an electrical enclosure.

The board can be programmed with the MicroPython/C++ libraries designed to facilitate the control of the board.

The Automation 2040 W board is fitted with 2 connectors labelled "Qw/ST". Those connectors are known as Qwiic connector at SparkFun -OR- as StemmaQt connector at Adafruit Industries. Under the hood, those are JST-SH 4 pins wiring power supply lines and the 2 signals for I2C bus (SDA,SCL). Qwiic / StemmaQt are very popular in USA and made super easy to connect up Qwiic / StemmaQt breakouts.

The board is fully assembled and tested, no soldering required!

Do not use this board to control power grid device!

Power

The board can control systems using 12V, 24V and 36V.

The Automation 2040 W requires a supply from 6 to 40V.
The board is fittec with DC/DC regulator providing 5V (500mA max) for your own devices and sensors.
