A SSD M.2 disk for Raspberry-Pi preloaded with Raspberry-Pi OS
Once connected to the M.2 Hat, you will be surprised by the performances of this new storage of 128GB, 256GB, 512GB for Raspberry-Pi. the operating system is loaded instantaneously!
Shipped preloaded with Raspberry-Pi OS 64 bits (Desktop edition + recommended software) you will be able to start the Operating System setup at first power-up. You will not have to install the OS on the SSD, it is already there.
Just remove the SD Card and power-up your Pi!
This product requires an adapter to work with the Raspberry-Pi:
- for Raspberry-Pi 5: a M2 PCIe HAT for Raspberry-Pi 5 to connect on the new RPI PCIe bus.
- for Raspberry-Pi 4: an USB --vers--> M.2 Hat adapter
- for Compute Module 4: a carrier board with M.2 interface
Warning:
- This product is a consumable with a pre-installed operating system. It is neither returned nor exchanged!!
- Will requires the latest Boot EEPROM on the Pi 5 (see tutorial section)
- Do not format this disque if you want to use it with a Raspberry-Pi.
