The "pin header" are those stranges rows of male pins seen a little bit everywhere in electronic assemblies and Arduino prototyping area.
This version has 2 rows placed side-by-side. They are welcom to create power rails (GND and VCC) or to create your own extension board.
The rows used a 2.54 mm spacing (compatible with breadboard, Arduino like, Pinguino, etc). Those header can be snipped in to parts (or more) by using a diagonal cutter.
Those connectors are mostly used with Raspberry-Pi since it owns a 2x20 pins GPIO.
