Great to create your own custom keyboard, the Kailh White Linear mechanical key switches are the deluxe key for creating a mechanical keyboard!
Thoses Cherry MX compatibility keys offers a smooth actuation. They are lovely when you want you want a clicky tactile keystroke with a dynamic feel and audible click when pressed.

• Operating force: 50 gf (+/-10 gf)
• Tactile force: 55 gf (+/-10 gf)
• Pretravel: 1.8 mm (+/- 0.3 mm)
• Pressure point: 1.7 mm
• Total travel: 3.6 mm (+/- 0.3 mm)
• Reset point: 1.8 mm

10x pieces is a plenty of keys to create a small keyboard. A few bags would allow to build a full keyboard.
Use these with:

• the NeoKey boards or any product designed for the Kailh keys.
• with mechanical key sockets (see Adafruit 4958) to create your own keyboard.
• with MX-compatible keycaps to snap right on.

Also exists in Red, Black, and Brown color, each with its different key-press feel.
