This card ISO is selected for this RFID USB reader (a reader USB that emulates an a keyboard or a serial connection). This ISO card contains a RFID tag working at 13.56 Mhz.
The RFID tags are availables in various format and various read distance. In a general matter, greater is the tag and bigger is the read distance.
This tags will not work with the Adafruit NFC/RFID Shield and/or RFID/NFC breakout. Those products are using Classic RFID/NFC Tags which are different products.
