This kit contains the essential items to start quickly with the Raspberry-Pi 4 without forgetting anything essential.
The different product have been selected with care to ensure the best performance with the Raspberry-Pi 4 without omitting anything essential.

This kit doesn't contain any case (the Pi 4 has changed form factor), we strongly advise you to choose a case for Pi 4 here to protect it from accidental contacts.

We decided to preserve the essential that is to say the vital elements of quality (hence the name of this pack).

Use for the Raspberry-Pi 4 with 2,4,8GB RAM

We were able to do so much with the Raspberry-Pi 3 1GB! Now the Raspberry-Pi 4 and enlarged memory would allow to make so much more with more memory and the stronger architecture.  

The Raspberry-Pi 4 will be suitable for the following uses:

• Intensive internet browsing very greedy in RAM (4 or 8 GB RAM).
• Alternative to the desktop computer for semi-intensive use.
• Media center oriented 4K in intensive use.
• Use with two screens oriented 4K in office application / desktop computer.
• Mini network server with an unbeatable Price / Performance ratio (or almost). Want to set up a mini WEB server? A network DB? At a broken price? Try the Pi 4 8Gb.
• Solutions, developments and resource-hungry applications!

The Raspberry-Pi 4 with has nothing to envy to an entry-level notebook PC. 4 GB or 8Gb of RAM will offer a very comfortable use. Add a SSD on the USB 3 and the user experience will be better than ever. The high-performance SSD with avoids access bottleneck on the  Micro SD card. USB3 SSD will offers the best of the newer system architecture and RAM availability. 

With 4GB or 8GB of RAM the Raspberry-Pi 4 can reasonably claim the implementation of mini-desktop PC and mini application server PRO.

What is this kit made of?

• The Raspberry-Pi 4 of course. Its 4K outputs, four cores and 2,4,8 Gigabyte memory (accordingly to selection), Gigagit Ethernet, USB 3.
  In short a little monster for a nano-computer.

• An official power supply 5V 3A USB type C, the Raspberry-Pi 4 comes with a new power connector able to deliver 3A current (USB micro B is limited to 2A).
  This power supply is enough to support the Raspberry-Pi 4 and its peripherals requirements (iintegrated WiFi and Bluetooth are power hungry). See here for more information.
• A micro SD card of 16Gb UHS class 10. If you want to explore the possibilities of the Pi 4. This card type UHS (Ultra High Speed) in class 10 will ensure higher speeds and better access times.
  16Gb is ideal for installing Raspberry-Pi OS.
• A micro-HDMI to HDMI converter (1m long) because the Raspberry-Pi 4 now exposes micro-HDMI instead of standard HDMI (allows to place two on the board)! Don't hesitate to buy a second micro-HDMI to HDMI conversion cable if you want to use a 2nd monitor on your Raspberry-Pi 4. See here for more information
