The Feather is a exceptional Arduino Like prototyping plateforme which exists in many flavor... great!
This product is a "bottom case" where you can slide in the Feather to start rapid prototyping. Solder a female header on your feather before placing it in the case and... whoaw... you get a very compact prototyping plateform that can be taken everywhere as easily as your houses's key (really).

The case will protect you feather from accidental short-circuit and accidental electrical contact.
Stacking a Feather Wing will not be a problem... and the case have opening for the USB connector, the Lipo connector. The opposite side is also open (to leave some room for various antenna and other stuff).

The 3D printed case designed and credited to AdLab and made available on Thingiverse... it is a so good idea  that we decided to print it in batch and propose it for sale. So customer without 3D Printer can also have the chance to use the case.

This case is printed with PLA and available in different color.
The case is composed of only items and properly sized to maintain the Feather well in place. You fill have to SLIDE IN the feather, and not trying o insert it from top to bottom with brute force.

Content: for each order, you will receive a case composed of one item. The case will have the selected color. All the other items used for illustrate the case usage are not included (eg: feather, cables, etc).
The bottom face (the face in contact with the desk) may subject to a very small PLA retraction but this is all pretty fine to work with the case (and feather).

3D Printed

Here some additional explanation to avoids misundertood about this case.
This case is a 3D printed object and not a mouled case. The material used to print the case is also mentionned in the section "technical details".
The proposed product does have a good finishing and we take a great care to keep the quality/price ratio at the best to propose an affordable product. It is always possible to have the "top of the top" results in 3D printing but we also keep in mind that we want to propose an efficient and practical object (not an work of art).

If you had some time to spend then you can apply a post-treatment to your printed box in order to improve the finishing and aspect of your case. We have a tutorial about it (but it is a french tutorial).
