2-port expansion rack for Raspberry-Pi Pico
This somewhat bizarre card is intended to allow the addition of more than one Pico expansion to your Raspberry-Pi Pico... with a few improvements.
In fact, your Pico is equipped with a male connector while the different extensions have a female connector. Difficult to add more than one extension to your Pico.
This product is compatible with all the Pico Extension manufacturer following the Pico PinOut rules.
The Pico Rack acts a bit like a computer backplane allowing you to insert several expansion cards on the motherboard (this Pico in our case).
This product allows the addition of two expansion cards to your Pico, Pico-W, Pico-2, Pico-2-W MicroController..
The product offers additional features such as:
- Replicated from the I2C(1) bus on the Qwiic/Stemma connector & a Grove connector.
- A Reset button.
- Pin name documented in the silkscreen.
- A connector for optional 3V3 1A regulator (Pololu 2830).
- 3mm holes for fixing or placing rubber feet.
Operation is simple, place your Pico respecting the orientation of the USB connector.
Then place your Pico extensions on the male connectors, card facing downwards... always respecting the orientation relative to the USB port.
