A spy camera to wire directly on the Pi Zero CSI port
Is there someone in the house or is there a ghosts that we want to catch on a picture. Here is the Spy Camera for the Pi Zero... so small that even the ghosts would not notice it :-)
We are lucky, please welcome the....Zero Spy Camera for Pi Zero. This camera is smaller than a thumbnail and have a resolution of 5 Megapixel, enough to see people, or ghosts, or whatever happening in your house.
The size is very similar to a cell phone camera. The module just made 8.6mm x 8.6mm and have a 5cm cable. With this, you can create a very compact spy camera.
Like the normal Raspberry Pi Camera Board, the spy cam is attached to the Pi Zero v1.3 or Zero W throught the CSI camera socket (just next tot the "PWR" port). The CSI bus is is designed especially for interfacing to cameras and offers an extremely high data rates and exclusively carries pixel data.
The CSI sockets allows to connect the camera directly on the BCM2835 processor. Note: the Pi Zero CSI bus is narrower than standard Raspberry-Pi CSI port. ThE bus travels along the ribbon cable that attaches the camera board to the Pi. The ribbon cables is compatible with both the Pi Zero v1.3 and Pi Zero W. We also offer a spy camera for the larger Raspberry Pi models.
The Spy Camera's sensor offers a native resolution of 5 megapixel, this resolution a bit lower than official camera Pi (which offers 8 MegaPixels). The Spy Camera have a fixed focus lens onboard.
For each order you will receive the Zero Spy Camera for Pi Zero. The Pi Zero is NOT INCLUDED.
