This mountable case protects the electronic components the of the BBC micro:bit against damage and short-circuit.
This case has been designed with portability and expansion in mind.
So this 'Mountable' case features two "keyhole" opening which can be used as mounting hole to attach the microbit on a nicklace, on a wallet-chain or screw it on the wall / robot.
The micro:bit is visible through the clear casing, the on-board LED matrix can be viewed. The case is easy to assemble using the nylon screws provided.
